Here’s generally how we price our catering (we’ll tell you exactly when we get the chance to talk one-on-one).

** We charge $3.49 per Pokey O Ice Cream Sandwich

There is a setup fee on the following basis:

0-3 miles - $55
4-10 miles from Pokey O’s - $75
10-20 miles from Pokey O’s - $110
20+ miles from Pokey O’s - Let’s talk about it and we’ll figure something out!

** Usually our team can serve about 100 Pokey O’s ice cream sandwiches per hour for the price included in the $3.49 per sandwich. If you want your Pokey O ice cream sandwiches served faster or over a longer period of time, we’ll have to charge a little more for our staff’s time.

We deliver our cookies by the dozen in boxes or catering trays for $9.99 a dozen plus tax. The delivery fees are as follows.

0-5 miles from Pokey O’s - $15
6-10 miles from Pokey O’s - $20
