Pokey O’s got its start in the spring of 2006 in Dallas. Since our opening we have gathered lots of awards and recognition. More importantly, we have brought smiles to thousands of folks who love the taste of cookies and ice cream.

Pokey O’s cookies are premium quality, irresistibly delicious, and packed full of the stuff we all love in our cookies…like creamy chocolate chips, toasty pecans, and plump raisins and cranberries — just to name a few. We believe (and our customers sure seem to agree!) that Pokey O’s cookies are the best of the best. When you try them we’re sure you’ll agree, too!

Pokey O’s signature product is our famous Pokey O Ice Cream Sandwich — or a “Pokey O” for short. Its popularity has grown so fast that people from all over are asking for them to be served at their parties and other events!

So, what is a Pokey O? Picture this…First, you choose any two of our freshly baked cookies. Then, you choose a heaping scoop of Blue Bell Ice Cream to squish between the cookies. It’s that simple, and oh so good!

At Pokey O’s, we serve a variety of traditional ice cream treats like sundaes and milk shakes too — right alongside our delicious cookies. We even deliver and ship our cookies anywhere in the United States!
